1. Who We Are
Stiled is a multi-vendor fashion e-commerce platform that connects consumers, sellers, and delivery agents through our mobile app. We also provide a Shopify integration to help brands sync inventory and product listings from their Shopify store.

A. From Mobile App Users
Customers (Shoppers)
- Name, email, phone number
- Delivery addresses
- Order and payment details (processed securely via third-party services)
- Device info (e.g., model, OS, IP)
- Usage activity (product views, favorites, etc.)
Sellers/Brands

- Bank/payment information (for receiving payments)

Delivery Personnel

B. From Shopify Merchants (via Shopify App)

We do not collect end-customer data from Shopify stores.

- Shopify merchant data is deleted within 30 days of app uninstallation.
- Delivery personnel data is retained while they are actively working with Stiled.
